Once the minerals essential to bone building are in place, realize

that growth hormone levels also must be adequate for all cellular

growth and repair including bone growth. This is a common omission in

Just making sure of the adequate dietary intake of those minerals and

vitamin (vitamin C especially) cofactors isn't enough either; bowel

health is necessary to ionize the minerals for absorption. People who

took inulin to correct the bowel bacteria and thus bowel pH

experienced increased bone density.

 

Unlike using drugs, these approaches build new, resilient bone.
