*Progesterone

is the only substance that I know of that will actually

increase

bone strength and density.

Wow! I

am so surprised that Dr. Mercola does not know about red

yeast rice that has been scientifically proven to build new bone. I’ve been using it for a long time,

and my latest bone scan showed that my bones are better than they were since

the last scan I had. There are two different kinds of red yeast rice, one is

good for lowering cholesterol and one is good for building bone.

==>Which type is good for which problem Carol? I bought a bottle of RRY but didn't know it was good for building bone. I hope I've got the right kind....

Amber,

It

will say right on the label – certified by the International Bone

Laboratory, proven to build bone, or something like that. If it doesn’t say anything about bone,

then you probably have the one for lowering cholesterol.

Correcting bowel bacteria results in increased remineralization.

Also, effecting higher HGH levels (we use amino acids, not HGH

injections) increases bone mass with new, resilient bone.

I'm surpised a lot of doctors don't know it, the second particularly

works excellently and it's an anti-aging tool for the whole body.

Works on obesity and metabolic syndrome too.
