Guest guest
Natural Remedies for GRD? Can anyone suggest a protocol for a woman in her 50s, no previous history of severe digestive problems -- but who has chewed Rolaids or Tums several times a week for " indigestion " -- who now suddenly has bouts of intense acidic reflux, particularly at night. I have told her to take enzymes and probiotics - but she says she " doesn't do well " with them, by which I think she means diarrhea and gas...But I was wondering if there is something else to suggest? She eats very carefully, but she says no matter what she eats, a cracker or a pizza, she has the same results. Also she is " allergic " to aloe vera and " green foods " such as algae. She does not eat dairy. I am at a loss - please advise. Lil
