Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I have never posted before but do read fairly often. I am posting to ask a question. I have a foot which seems to flare up when I consume wheat products. I had put myself on a wheat and dairy free diet to become healthier and lose weight. Recently I had introduced more wheat into my diet again and my left foot has flared up again, I had this in the past for no apparent reason, although when I was on my diet it wasn't a problem. It itches like crazy and is only the one foot. I mean I can rake a comb or brush across it or rub it furiously on the floor until it burns and it still itches. There are also tiny blisters which itch too. I don't think it is athletes foot as the meds for that don't seem to work and it does go away when I am on my diet. Has anyone ever heard of this? Perhaps I have a yeast overgrowth? Any input or similar experiences would be appreciated! Jamie
