Guest guest
First thing I thought of was your spine. My hands used to get numb sometimes, last two fingers especially. Chiropractor said it was a pinched nerve in my neck. Somehow I got the idea (not from the chiro.) to hang upside down to relieve the pressure on the nerves. The numbness gradually went away, and only comes back if I don't hang upside down for awhile. I have an inversion table now, which is probably good for a lot of things, but it was good enough for my hands to just bend over and let my upper body hang for a few minutes. Took a few times for the feeling of pressure in my head to stop bothering me. This brings to mind another thing. My toes got numb after I went to a very small-minded chiropractor who obviously had a political problem with me. He seemed to be very skilled, so I have no doubt that he intended to hurt me when he wrenched my head wrong (in "adjusting" my neck) and caused some intense pain at the top of my neck. He was very flippant about it when I told him that it hurt all wrong that time. Instantly, and for a couple years after, my toes were slightly numb. They're still very sensitive to impact, about nine years later. I always wondered about that, but no other chiropractor would even comment on it. hmmm....
