When I wake up in the morning, both feet are numb wihtout any feelings and, sometimes, the numbness affects my hands, too. If you have suggestions or thoughts on this, I would appreciate it. Try searching for alpha lipoic acid which I understand helps a great deal. If you find the cause then you can remove the symptom.
