lavender eo, basil herb mooshed up and applied, comfrey ointment, [mine],

Herbicine Ointment, calamine lotion will work. or clay with water, or mud.

Depends on how desparate she is. <g>

I guess it's the same urushiol oil -- on those rare occasions I get a

poison ivy rash, I dampen it with water, sprinkle on salt (sea salt is

probably best), and scrub away until the itch is completely gone.

Feels sooooooooo good, and then I let it dry, and it just dries up the

rash.

I do not know about poison oak! For poison ivy I have used Fels Napta

(laundry soap) the bar soap. Good luck in trying to find it but I know the plant

is

located in Phila. I bought up the last 5 bars here at Acme. You can also get

homopathic pills at a natural health food store for poison ivy .

 

When it comes to any skin eruptions (shingles being the worse, cuts or

bruises I use apple cider vinegar and depending on the situation also go with

collidial silver for the healing. I might also suggest zinc oxide but do not

spread

just dab.
