Vitamin K is usually given for bleeding in this way.

However before you take this supplement please ensure what your blood sedimentation rate is (ESR) otherwise you could run into trouble with clotting.

Besides flexibility of capilliaries that the bioflavonoids can help

with, another big cause of bruising is thin tissues that don't repair

so well.

Spontaneous bruising, or even bruising with only a little

provocation, can be linked to growth hormone deficiency. This is the

most common cause in eldery people, who are ALL HGH deficient by

definition because an 80-year old has only about 25% of the HGH

release that a 25-year old does. Point is that all growth and

regeneration requires growth hormone to be stuck to the cell as a

message to regenerate, divide and grow.

Increasing HGH release with amino acids (anti-aging professionals

predominantly use SomaLife gHP) encourages all the organs glands and

tissues to regenerate size and function; in this case skin becomes

normally thick again, and capilliary walls regain their thickness and

flexibility. Also, thymus gland size and function improves, improving

immune system, kidney size and function, cardiac function; this takes

care of some of the preventable causes of death.

Further generic information, with references, on HGH therapy appears

here:

http://members.shaw.ca/patriciagilbert/ and in Dr. Ron Klatz' books

Grow Young With HGH and Stopping the Clock. The oft-quoted Dr. Klatz,

one of the gurus of growth hormone therapy, uses SomaLife gHP also in

preference to the tricky and expensive HGH injections.

Duncan Crow
