Misty,

Great aspartame information ... but I don't know about

the suggestion/encouragement of stealing from a restaurant,

or anywhere for that matter. Hmmm...

I have heard Splenda kills ants but as for Sweet'N Low having aspartame, it doesn't. The sweetener ingredient in Sweet'N Low is saccharin and is much safer for diabetics. It was a political ploy that outlawed saccharin to make way for the more profitable aspartame.
