Dear Chris,

Please advise where I might find research to support your statements below

that soy si more toxic than sugar.

What do you like to drink with your cornbread drizzled with sorgum

mollassas?

Here are links to articles on the dangers of soy written by a myriad of authors from 20/20 news casts to Weston Price Foundation to Gov. scientists to PhD researchers. It seems to be the one area they all agree on - SOY does more harm than good.

Actually if you really want to be nit picky- one should not drink anything with meals as it dilutes the digestive enzymes thus hindering the absorption of nutrients and preventing optimal digestion.

Soy is contra indicated in hyper-Thyroid complaints. Hardly a

pussycat.

Spend two mintes researching the archives of this

group or just google " soy bad " and you will get more

articles about the ill effects of soy than you can

imagine.
