Ya'll need to warm that oven up, cook you up a nice batch of cornbread,

drizzle some Blackstap Molassas all over it, wash it down with some soy milk

savoring every moment remember the days of mules churning that sweet sap out

of the cane without processing it into that white poison we all learned to

love as sugar.

reply... for Iron deficinecy, check the way you can add Black Strap

molasses to the diet... It is not bad on hot cereals, on ice cream

, on pancakes, lots of kids like a sorghum syrup on their bread and

butter, ( similar to the use of honey ) ..

By the way, is there a chart on the beneficial ingerdients of a

sorghum syrup? This item on the shelf will sugar, and tastes like

a molasses candy... If there is the same kind of

" IRON " in sorghum, as in the Black Strap Molasses... we have another

winner to add to our diet in place

of the desturctive sweets of cane sugar, et al...

muriel of north wast Arkansas..

And then let that soy milk interfere with nutrient

absorption, slowly give you a variety of other medical

problems including kidney stones.

You might actually do some reserach on the toxic

effects of soy before you put it in your body. Sugar's

less toxic than soy.
