Hello Walt,

I'm a new member of the group.

Would freeze dried stinging nettle capsules work just as well?

(They're great for those who snore!) And how much is a lot?

Purines make gout worse (they break down in the body as uric acid) so

I'm assuming that eliminating purines from the diet would help also?

I have glaucoma and cataracts which I believe are caused by

aspartame/MSG toxicity. Since being on a chemical/additive free diet

for one week I have noticed a definite improvement in vision. I WAS

legally blind in my right eye five days ago, but I've been able to

read large print in the last two days.
