Speaking of Stevia and alternatives to refined sugar has anyone

heard any pros or cons on Splenda? Its contents are listed as

dextrose, maltodextrin and sucralose. I have been using it on my

oatmeal and the rare times that I use a sweetener and I like it

pretty well.

Thanks!

Dr. Ladd McNamara (www.laddmcnamara.com) is my Usana upline and he

says that Splenda is perfectly safe. If you are eating the long cook

oatmeal and not the instant, you are doing great...even with a bit

of Splenda added. That is a great low glycemic food for breakfast.

Laura ... everything I have read on it, well, I went today and bought

me some Dextrose ... my research didn't prove good results. Type in

a search engine, " What is Splenda " and you'll get lots of different

answers but none have sounded good.

I didn't supply much information but I hope it helped.

God Bless,

Julie
