Guest guest
Having read the responses to my initial inquiry. It did not clarify anything, but recapitulated why I am confused! But thank you everybody for your feedback. Readers can now understand why people (including myself) are confused about water. I have read Braggs account of distilled water and its health benefits, and also information that claims the exact opposite. I have read that not all minerals in water are absorbable. Some are, however, such as arsnic.
Guest guest
I think distilled water is the cleansest water one can drink. Paul Bragg was until his nineties a healthy strong man. It was an accident that killed him. I get my minerals, from healthy organic Foods. I take supplements of vitamins and minerals as well. I believe in distilled water. Yes one can be confused, for everything almost out there, there is a opposite opinion. :-)) I do energy testing and believe in the innate intelligence of the body. I was never let down by it. (Distilled water tests strong.) Cheers myrta , " clarehanson2000 " <clarehanson2000> wrote: > Having read the responses to my initial inquiry.
