(I think that this covers using natural substances to " dye " the hair. Anyone

want to contribute something about nutrients affecting hair color? F.)

Hi Shankar,

I don't know about Ayurveda, but Dr. Christopher used to say that

washing with yarrow tea for dark haired persons and chamomile tea for

blond persons would make the original hair color return. I have used

the chamomile tea myself because I'm blond (3-4 times a week rinse

and leave in), and it took about a month to see that my grays covered.

shank_pk,

Hello,

I don't know about ayurveda, but " Grecian Formula " has

worked fine for me for over 15 years.

It brings back whatever your natural color is/was.

Charles – Grecian Formula is just a coverup, isn’t it?

I think June was referring to something to

reverse grey hair.

Hi,

Kombucha might help, also the five tibetan exercises, the Dr. Gerson

Cancer therapy program, reversed grey hair, for some people.

High doses of PABA 1000mg, 500mg Folic acid, works for some people.

I drink again home made Kombucha and my grey hair reverses.

There is a worldwide Kombucha exchange.

I got my Kombucha Starter from this exchange.

I've personally witnessed several clients grow thinning and greying

hair back in the right colour, by using a general anti-aging protocol

of good food, toxin reduction and Somalife gHP, which makes one

produce youthful levels of HGH again, just like they did at 22 years

old.

Of course, having a more youthful body does much more than restore

hair. Several of my female clients got rid of hot flashes and a few

started menstruating again. Both the ladies and the gents improved

lean body mass, energy, stamina and vigor, and I've had one fella on

it for two years so he can keep up with his new wife, 18 years his

junior.

regards,

The Chinese herb fo ti and the Indian herb bacopa

monniera both have anecdotal evidence for eliminating

grey hair. I doubt it's true though or it would be

more widely known.
