Hi Shankar, I don't know about Ayurveda, but Dr. Christopher used to say that washing with yarrow tea for dark haired persons and chamomile tea for blond persons would make the original hair color return. It brings back whatever your natural color is/was. High doses of PABA 1000mg, 500mg Folic acid, works for some people. I drink again home made Kombucha and my grey hair reverses. Guest guest Posted August 12, 2004 Report Share Posted August 12, 2004 I've personally witnessed several clients grow thinning and greying hair back in the right colour, by using a general anti-aging protocol of good food, toxin reduction and Somalife gHP, which makes one produce youthful levels of HGH again, just like they did at 22 years old. Of course, having a more youthful body does much more than restore hair. Several of my female clients got rid of hot flashes and a few started menstruating again.
