Guest guest
One company claims that stomach acids destroy 90 percent of most liquid supplements, and that coated tablet supplements do not dissolve until they are well within the colon where they are absorbed. I suppose this would also mean that juicing wheatgrass juice or other health juices are pretty useless. Does anyone know of a company that has a tablet form glyco nutrient with aloe, and fucose that works on this principal or is all of this stuff a lot of hype? Thanks, David Rehus
Guest guest
I can think of no other area of body function, where there is more confusion, than in the area of digestion. It's complexity is staggering. Think about it, most nutrients have to be ionized with acid including stomach acid to be absorbed anyway. That's one reason it's there Ionic liquid supplements are up to 98% bioavailable. This from the Physician's Desktop Reference. Tablets rate 8%-10%, capsules around 12% and gelcaps up to 18%. regards, Duncan Crow

Thanks, David Rehus David, It's not hype. I've sold a fair bit of Mannatech in my time; however my current first choice is Body Balance from Life Force International. It contains aloe gel so it supplies glyconutrients, but also fucose and fucoidans from nine sea vegetables, in a cold-processed ionic liquid with 90% or better bioavailability. This is a rich source of phytonutrients, organic trace minerals, vitamins, and amino acids. You'd have to use several Mannatech products to approach it and even then the trace minerals and fucoidans wouldn't be there. Get a free bottle here: http://lifeforcefamily.com/ PIN 20466442 Life Force International will follow up with a small information kit, for free, if you change from customer to member, also free. I've reversed serious diseases and a couple of potentially fatal autoimmunes with a program that included either or both product lines, and a specific program for gulf war illness is being practiced by people, using Body Balance saturation. I'm not so sure this can be accomplished with Mannatech products. regards, Duncan Crow.
