I sell cloth diapers at www.thediaperlady.com and have been doing that for about a year. As you may have read in my other post, we've recently come across Usana nutritional supplements and our goal is to do everything we possibly can to live healthier lives. Some of the things I've seen on this board in the last week have scared me. One thing that I've been trying to get out into the public is information on the toxic gas theory for crib death. It is a well proven theory, but because government regulations require the toxic elements to be put into mattresses to make them flame retardant, well...people don't want to accept that the government would allow it to continue if it were true. Just as a funny... here in GA, they have lots of commercials for hoverounds or mobility wheelchair thingies for elderly people to be able to get around. They can get these things for free in most cases, and I told my friend that they do this because the insurance companies realized it was cheaper to put older people in wheelchairs than to fix their broken hips and other bones from falls. She said I was a conspiracy theorist...Maybe I am, but at least I'm not stupid!
