Hi Helena,

You're right, degenerative diseases and ultimately cancer results

from low tissue pH due to the fact that toxin load will increase and

oxygen levels and metabolic rate will decrease.

A lemon every day, not the juice, the whole thing makes a very

alkaline ash. You can also try more potassium in your diet. Even low

salt substitute, which contains about 1/2 potassium chloride, is very

absorbable. I use potassium gluconate 650 mg.

In the people who need a jumpstart to correct pH I use Dr. Hans

Nieper's method of calcium, magnesium and potassium orotate. Orotic

acid is the exact transporter molecule we need to place minerals

right into the cells and bones even if cellular function isn't so

good. This of course normalizes cell pH and function very quickly.

This action is available in a Life Force International mix called

OsteoProCare, considered to be a whole food because it's based on

ocean phytoplankton, which contains a mineral balance similar to our

requirements. There's added vitamin C to produce bone and collagen,

zinc, and glucosamine and chondroitin.

regards,

Duncan Crow
