I've always had problems with statements like the above.

 

In areas that have no minerals to speak of, does alfalfa still

contain the richest source of land minerals? I expect not.

 

By way of example, the " richest natural source of selenium " , Brazil

nuts, only contain selenium if they are from Brazil in the areas that

have selenium in the soil. Brazil nuts from Central America do not

contain selenium.

 

I mean, we have examples of biological transmutation, but plants only

convert minerals they need from other minerals. We have no room for

wives' tales in the health arena, regardless of the fact that part of

our culture they may be.
