I f I were you I would look into Chinese herbal Treatments. Chances are your

liver is inflamed and overheating while it needs cleaning and toning. A sick

liver causes dampness and heat and can make for a miserable existence. There

are many wonderful herbs that are beneficial when treating a sick liver when

used in the right combinations or formulas. Some are used for drying up

dampness, as others are best for cooling, cleansing and toning. I would suggest

looking into the principals and strategies of treatment with herbs. The Chinese

have been using herbs for thousands of years and are a great resource for

reference for proven patent formulas. Here in Seattle we have a wonderful and

abundant Chinese Herbal Medicinal community.

Some herbs that are used to treat the liver are: Bupleurum (chai hu),

Gardeniae (zhi zi), Caulis Mutong (mu tong), Alismatis Orientalis (ze xie),

Gentianae Longdancao (long dan cao), Salvia Miltiorrhizae (dan shen), Poria

Cocos (fu

ling), Artemisiae Capillaris (yin chen liao), Taraxicum Magnolicum (pu gong

ying), Astragali (huang qi) and many more. They are to be used in a deliberate

and theraputic way.

Good luck and if you need literature references do ask.
