High acidity! Please help

Hello,

According my urine test : my body is too acidic. It is a real

surprise for me as I am on very healthy diet: I eat vegetables and

fruit 5-6 servings per day.

I know that high acidity can lead to many generative diseases. Do

you have any suggestion for me ?

I think somebody

just posted a chart with alkaline foods – do a search in the archives – it was only a

couple of days ago.
