Guest guest
Hi Ien, I just made some of that soup yesterday!! I also save the “juice” when I open a can of veggies or canned legumes. The legumes have good juice because it’s thicker than water, so gives the soups a nice base. By the way Ien – every time I receive an email from you, it sounds like a moose call. Is that something that you did to make it do that, or maybe I have some kind of glitch on my computer?? You save all the various peelings and bones in the freezer part of the fridge. I use an ice cream pail, it's handy. It fills up in about a week.
