Important Hearing Aid Legislation

 

Tax Credit for Hearing Aids Important Hearing Aid Legislation Known as H.R. 3103 in the congress and S.B. 2055 in the senate, the Hearing Aid Assistance Tax Credit Act would allow persons over age 55, or parents of a hearing impaired dependent child a $500 tax credit per hearing instrument purchased, once every five years.
