Guest guest
Hello, Can anyone recommend a well balanced cleanse that addresses women's dietary needs? Also, I would like to repeat my question regarding lowering levels of Uric Acid. I am not looking for a band aid solution, as was implied, but rather a safe and effective way to improve the quality of life of a loved person. Guest guest
Hello Michal, I am sorry but I was not implying you were looking for a band-aid merely trying to ascertain what exactly you were looking for. I do apologize for giving you this feeling. Obviously this person is not you. If this person really wants to get better then they will have to do some work. First: change the diet. Excess uric acid in the system comes from overloading ones system with improper foods (meat being one of the biggest contributors). Gout comes from having an acidic body. The body needs to become more alkaline. The ideal foods should be more fruits and green leafy vegetables (mucusless diet). This will help in bringing the body back into balance. Fresh fruit and vegetable juices. No coffee, dairy, sodas, teas (herbal teas ok), processed foods, junk foods, sugars or flour products. Sprouted grains, legumes, nuts and seeds but in moderation. Lots of distilled water. Drinking organic acv with organic raw honey and bathing the areas of pain in hot acv will help a lot with pain. Equal parts of Skullcap, Valerian and Yarrow made into a tea will assist in freeing the toxic waste from the tissues and to eliminate the waste through the various eliminative organs. \ I would also strongly suggest she do the Kidney/Bladder cleanse, Liver/Gallbladder cleanse and the bowel cleanses. This should help to open up the eliminative organs and get them working to release these toxins. Then she should do a total body cleanse. If she needs minerals, the Panther Piss and Lemon Egg will help quite a lot. Total tonic and Total Nutrition will give her the vitamins and everything else she needs. As I mentioned, Michal, she will have some work to do to get her body back in balance and cleansed. If she is willing and you are too, then all these cleanses you will find in the files under Dr. Ian Shillington. Also have her start using cayenne as it will help to relieve the pain and normalize the circulatory system. You can make a Hot oil by heating cayenne in some organic olive oil (in a crock pot) for several hours on low. Then she can use this to rub onto the sore areas or make a poultice with cayenne and apply to the swollen, painful areas. Best way to take the cayenne is straight up. Mix it in a vegetable juice and drink. Yes, it will burn but will do absolutely no damage whatsoever. It will only do good. I do hope that I have helped you or at least pointed you in the right direction Michal, Let us know how things go, Don Quai - Michal Klein herbal remedies Monday, January 13, 2003 3:28 PM [herbal remedies] Cleanse recommendation & Band Aid for Uric Acid Hello, Can anyone recommend a well balanced cleanse that addresses women's dietary needs? Guest guest
Hi Michal! In elevated uric acid like any other condition, it is crucial to clearly identify the cause. In order to decrease the uric acid one has to try to identify what is elevating it. There are lots of dietary issues- high meat intake, alcohol etc but sometimes uric acid is elevated and there is no dietary link. Heavy metals, specifically anitmony (used as a flame retardent in childrens clothing and on couches) can also cause high uric acid. First look hard at diet. Do you have good research on the dietary causes? If you cannot find a causative factor there then you may want to consider having a heavy metal anaysis done. There are several ways to do that and you can have your Dr test for it or get the test yourself through Great Smokies Diagnositic. If your Dr is willing to do the test you can get better insurance coverage that way but if you have to do it yourself then the cost is about $55.
