Guest guest
Wow, I'm a poster child for why NEVER to be on antidepressants. I was on 30mgs which is a relatively healthy dose. I'm down to 10mgs now and next week (Monday-Sunday) I'll be taking 5mgs then nothing. The good news-the side effects are gone. The bad news-the flood gates are open. I laugh one minute and cry hysterically the next. I'm finding that I was "numb" for so long I'm hypersensitive and experiencing emotions like crazy. I had tried going "cold turkey" before but by the 4th day I was like a drug addict, which made me more determined than ever to get off these things. I'm so glad I'm only a week away but I'm also sad that anyone has to go through this kind of hell. I hope the hypersensitivity doesn't last a long time, but I'm determined NEVER to take antidepressants again. Karen Bosque Farms, NM
Guest guest
Dear Karen, Whoa, this is awesome girl. Did you receive that lecture 'o mine yet and listen to it??? Also, you should be taking some mega vitamin supplements to help with this. I hope you are. I'd recommend at least a minimum of: 1. - 100 Mg. of Vit B Complex 2. - 1000 Mg. of Vit C 3. - 100 Mg of Vit B3 = Niacin = Nicotinic Acid (NOT Niacinimide, the other salt form of B3) 4. - The Dragon Snot Recipe 5. - Extra Omega 3/6 Oils (UDO's is best) 6. - Do a lot of juicing of fresh organic veggies and fruit. 7. - Eat lots of Organic Fresh Salads. 8. - Any meats you eat should be 100% organic. Hope this helps. Guest guest
I was put on paxil and it worked fora few weeks then it made more more depressed than I was. Depression runs in my family. I also got carpal tunnel and the doc wanted me to take Vitamin b. I started taking Vitamin b complex and guess what it helped my wrist, I was no longer depressed and my gums stopped bleeding.I am a diabetic. I am not saying this will work for everyone but it sure did my. My beautican had tried to quit smoking for over 40 years and could not..it is now life threathing and she started to take 4-5 Vitamin b complex and had no problem stopping. Natural ways work best....jo..God bless Lisa Belcher wrote:
