Guest guest
Using commercial deodorant would make even worse. That staff just block your pores and all those toxins are going back to your body, especially breast. And commercial deodorant have benzalkonium, zirconium and aluminum and other staff that you don't want. It is amazing how all cosmetic is full with poisons. I remember when I was teenager, my mother told me not to use face powder, because of mercury. I never listened to her, now when I read about that I see how much she was right. Some examples: Lipstick has Barium, Face powder mercury, titanium, zirconium and benzalkonium, In Eyebrow pencil: Chromium, In Cologne, Bismuth, In Hair Spray Rhenium, and Hafnium, In Treated Furniture and Drapes, Arsenic, In Toothpaste: Tin and Strontium, In body lotions aluminum, etc. Jasmina
Guest guest
ILANA... I am SO glad you wrote about the odor you're experiencing! My diet is really good (vegan), no junk, no sugar, no illness in the past year except for a circulation problem in the legs. They were very red and the doctor dismissed it as a toxic reaction. Great, but to what? It took many months of acupuncture and Reiki to clear it up but ever since it was first noticed, I've had an incredible odor about me that smells awful. At first I thought it was an electrical short coming from the computer or a woodburning fireplace in the neighbhorhood then realized it was coming from me. It's very strong and seems to come from every pore. Using a deodorant helps under the arms, thankfully because in warm weather, it's worse. You said almost animal-like and acrid. Does my description fit what you're experiencing? I'm thinking yours does mine. The woman who did the Reiki said my lymphy glands were blocked and worked on them once. Maybe she was onto something. I sure hope somebody on this list can help us both. Juli
Guest guest
Juli, No, I don't have anything so pleasant as a wood-burning stove odour coming from me! Boy, would that ever be one problem I wouldn't want to fix! But seriously, yes, the smell is very acrid and acidic and very unlike anythign I've ever experienced before. Actually, this may be TMI but I notice it momst strongly after sex. That's why I was thinking that maybe it was hormonal. I actually went a few days last week without noticing it. But the funny thing is that it only comes from my right pit, so I think that I must have some lymphatic blockage. I'm thinking that all the stuff that Don posted about toxins and juice fasts has a LOT of validity. Read his posts and see if they speak to you. I've decided that I"m going to go back to my naturopath and see if she can give me some guidance. In the spring I might go on a fast for the first time, if I'm not pregnant by then. I've also got a problem with the skin on my right index finger that I've had since I was a child and I would LOVE to see that disappear. No one can seem to figure out what causes it but I'd be willing to bet that a week of only juice would see it clear up nicely. Glad to hear that I'm not alone in the stink department! I've never in my life even had to wear deodorant before this. BTW, even now I'm not using deodorant. I tried one of those crystals and it works really well. You're supposed to be able to use it all over your body too. ILANA xoxo crcjct wrote: ILANA... I am SO glad you wrote about the odor you're experiencing!
