Guest guest
Dear Dianne, the caution with Sumphtum is to ensure that the bone is set correctly as the remedy knits the bones very fast. If this is the case, I don't see any reason why your mum can't use it. I am no expert in natural healing. I did a very basic short course on homeopathy, and my teacher told us about this remedy. That's how I know. Other than that, you'd be better off asking someone more knowledgeable and experienced than myself :-) Try Doc. I don't know about the SAD diet, sorry. love, Lisa p.s. I prefer to keep such communications on the list. - Onstad Dianne lisabelcher Monday, January 06, 2003 3:13 PM Homeopathic remedy Symphtum is used for fractures to help bones knit Hi Lisa,I pulled this off the Herbal Remedies list and wanted to ask a couple of questions. Guest guest
The SAD diet is the STandard American Diet, ie - high in refined foods, low in veggies and whole grains. It's the diet that doesn't help your health but is pretty much the North American standard.
