You can try the Nerve Sedative Formula for the pain, BF & C (Bone, Flesh & Cartilage) to help rebuild the area, and the Deep Tissue Repair Oil to help with the pain . I would also think about calcium...the Lemon Egg formula and possibly Panther Piss f to help with the loss of calcium and to help balance the acid/alkaline. These formulas can be found in the files. A call to Doc might be in order depending on where the herniation is and how severe.

Homeopathic remedy Symphtum is used for fractures to help bones knit (works very fast). Not sure if this would help in your case though? Anyone else know?

Re: [herbal remedies] Herbal Treatment For Herniated Disc?

It's really too bad for me that I didn't know about this stuff a couple of years ago. My discs were bad back then. But since the fall and the car accident it's been kind of hopeless. I just had two discs removed from my neck, but I must say that I feel much better. Not much pain in my neck or arm anymore. I could feel the difference when I woke up in recovery. What a relief. Nothing the docs did helped before the surgery. Now I'm going through the same thing with my lumbar spine. I start cortisone injections on the 14th of this month. If they are as unsuccessful as they were in my neck then it's another surgery on my back for the same thing. I'll do anything to get rid of this pain, I can't take it anymore.

I was wondering if there was anything I could do for myself after the surgery to help my bones heal better or faster. Do we have a formula in the files for that? I'm 42 years old in Feb and I think it's about time for me to start thinking of how to better care for my bones. Thanks!!

Many Blessings
