Hi Persian,

Take a quart canning jar and on the new moon fill it about 1/2 full with dried cayenne pepper powder (hottest you can get). Then add enough 100 proof alcohol to fill the jar to just under full. Put away and leave sit until the next full moon. Shake as many times during the day as you can. Every time you walk past it maybe. Do the same with the Echinecea root. Just make sure that you grind up the Echinecea root if it is in big pieces. At the next full moon strain them both and keep in the refrigerator (not necessary as the alcohol preserves them).
