Guest guest
Karen, have you ever had this before? What is your diet like? Do you have any other medical problems etc.? I think it would be better to have everyone try to help you personally on this, because so many different things could be causing it. For me, every once in a blue moon I get the twitchin leggies hehe! It is always from emotional stress for me. But that is me, not you. Need to know about you. Guest guest
My experience on restless leg is simple and has been very effective: with a #1 gauge needle and strong, clear intention, insert into kidney 1 slowly and deeply. With the right intention/insertion it should be painless. Leave in 15-20 min. /two treatments should be enough to practically clear it up, but, of course, every patient is different best Alex Alexandra Knox, M.Ac., L.Ac., Dipl. Ac.
