Karen, have you ever had this before? What is your diet like? Do you have any other medical problems etc.? I think it would be better to have everyone try to help you personally on this, because so many different things could be causing it. For me, every once in a blue moon I get the twitchin leggies hehe! It is always from emotional stress for me. But that is me, not you. Need to know about you.

I know there were a few post on rls but with this cable tvhook up I have I pull up everything else from spinalsprains to headaches when I do a search. Can someone give mea message # to ssearch under. My experience on restless leg is simple and has been very effective:

with a #1 gauge needle and strong, clear intention, insert into kidney 1

slowly and deeply. With the right intention/insertion it should be

painless. Leave in 15-20 min. /two treatments should be enough to

practically clear it up, but, of course, every patient is different

best
