Hi guys!

I know a woman who has gone one week past her due date, and she would

like to give birth SOON! Do any of you know which herbs I can give

her for this, and how to prepare them? Also, do you know which herbs

to use to ease the labor/birth? I'm not at home at the moment, so I

can't look anything up in my books!

Thanks in advance, Chris

Personally, I would let it go full term. There are some herbs that

will in fact induce labor, but I believe that it is best to let

nature take her course unless there is a problem with the pregnancy.

They say that 2 weeks after the due date is normal. A due date is

just a guesstimate. The baby will come when he is ready, lol.

Take care and keep us updated!!

Hi Kim!

The reason she wants to give birth now is that she is visiting here

in Copenhagen from further away in Denmark, and she wants to deliver

her baby in Sweden, which is ½ an hours drive from here. It's not as

complex as it sounds, LOL! But she is only here for a limited time.

Normally you don't want to play with this, but you can safely use Castor Oil (1 tablespoon) and if it turns it on, it's time. If it doesn't, it wasn't. ;o)

Hi Chris

Get her some red raspberry leaf tea and have her drink strong infusions, 1 cup everyday and 2 cups when labor begins. Also, have her partner massage her nipples (I know gettin darn personal here LOL!) Make sure her midwife or hospital is nearby though, cause she could go very fast.
