Sprouted Wheat Bread recipes

I read Doc's article, " The Hidden Truth " and went researching. I

found some interesting sites with recipes.

 

www.sproutpeople.com is a good site.

 

It's a commercial site and they sell sprouting products, but they

have tons of informative articles, recipes (including bread), and

directions as well.

 

I have been making my own bread for about a month and quickly

realized that I didn't have that much time to spare. I bought a

bread machine and wow, I love it! The bread is just as good (maybe

better) than the bread I slaved over.

 

So, to add sprouting to my life, I needed a recipe which was tailored

for the bread machine. Here's one I found. It looks good and I plan

on trying it this week.

Allrecipes.com has tons of bread machine recipes (and any other

recipe you may be looking for). I think I'll start experimenting

with some of my favorites and using sprouted grains for a portion of

the wheat. I haven't seen enough to know for sure, but it looks like

you could just sprout 1/4 to 1/6 of the wheat.
