For this I use Kwan Loong Oil, I am in Australia so I dont know if

its available where you are. Here you can get it in the normal

pharmacy next to the awful stuff contain pharmaceuticals.

It is with all the other creams for muscle strains etc. It is

quite smelly but it is GREAT stuff for muscle pains. It contains:-

Menthol, Spike Lavender Oil, Eucalyptus Oil and something called

methyl salicylate, hope this is good for you, someone on this list

will know more.

Fahad, the best thing I've found for any type of muscular distress is

arnica gel. We use the homeopathic brands; Arnica Gel by Boiron,

and Arniflora by Boericke and Tafel. You can find them at health

food stores or online at a site like www.vitaminshoppe.com . You

will not believe how instant and complete the relief is from this

extract of the arnica montana flower. Try it; you'll like it!

With blessings,

Fahad, Molly is absolutely right! I have had a VERY bad back for over

twenty years, And I've used Arnica Montana for the last 4 years to

treat it. Personally I prefer the tablets over the cream. But either

way Arnica is a wonderful treatment period. Not only back pain, But

other types of sprains and bruises too!!

My Chiropractor who is also a Homeopath recomended it to me about 4

years ago. I'd pulled my back out one Saturday getting out of my car.

Honestly It was total Hell!! Also, I had to wait until Monday to see

my Chiropractor. It was the worst one I've had in years!! Besides not

being able to move, The pain was so great I couldn't sleep. Plus the

bed was completely uncomfortable too!!

Well Monday FINALLY came, And I went to see him. He adjusted me and I

could finally move again but I was still in so much pain due to it.

Then he told me to stop off on my way home and pick up some Arnica

and to call him when I got home and he'd tell me what sort of dosage

to take.

Well when I was at the Health Food store getting it, I stopped in

their book section, And looked up Arnica in the Materia Medica which

is the Homeopathic Medical Guide. And one of the proving people

mentioned that his bed felt as hard as cement. That jumped out at me

and hit me in the face because mine did too!!

Well I got home and called my Chiropractor back, And he came up with

a dosage that was almost double of what bottle recomended (Which I

wouldn't suggest doing on your own!!), But by the

next morning I'd say I was 95% better. I even went to work that day!!

And during the day I took about half of the recomended dosage on the

bottle and by the end of the day I was completely fine!!
