Specifically, we assert that Eli Lilly has known of and engaged in the suppression of the truth concerning the drug’s ability to cause suicide and suicidal ideation. We assert that Eli Lilly has knowingly and fraudulently concealed facts surrounding its drug’s deadly side effects.
