I think it would be good on a salad!!! I mixed it with some water and I'm taking it by the spoonful for now. But in all honesty, it's really not that bad. Question: what do I do with the rest? Although, I'm not feeling any worse either, so maybe it is helping a bit. Gonna keep plugging at it. Errgh, I got work tonight, I really am not up to it. Nothing I can do about it though.
