ok suzi...I whipped up a batch of total tonic. It actually is not as

bad as I thought it would be, lol. I think it would be good on a

salad!!!

 

I mixed it with some water and I'm taking it by the spoonful for

now. But in all honesty, it's really not that bad.

 

Question: what do I do with the rest? Does it need to be

refrigerated?

No... keep it in a jar in a cabinet and let it get better.... wait till you use more cayenne..... Mine was pretty potent.... with the ingredients.

Hi Suzi...well, I've been taking the total tonic, and the lobelia,

but I honestly am not feeling any better. Although, I'm not feeling

any worse either, so maybe it is helping a bit. Gonna keep plugging

at it.

 

Errgh, I got work tonight, I really am not up to it. Nothing I can

do about it though.
