If I were to make a tincture helpful for reducing blood glucose in

diabetics, what herbs should I include?

This is not an easy question, as there is NO single tincture one could make to do this. One has to ask the question, "why is the blood glucose high?" and trace it back to the cause. One also has to ask why the person is diabetic in the first place. Handling Diabetes takes an herbal program, a nutritional program, and almost always a change in one's eating habits lifestyle. There is no one shot cure in any form of natural healing. I could give you some ideas that might help, but without knowing your own personal history, could be way off track. The best herb that I know of for Diabetics is Astragalus, but without a program, its use by itself would just be another band-aid.
