Hi there, I used to suffer from UTI's a lot too. I

drank a lot of tea brewed with nettles, and

peppermint. I also increased my intake of elderberry,

leafy green vegetables, and greens in general. I cut

out coffee and sugar, and added a probiotic which

really helped. Two other herbs that helped in teas

were gentian root and burdock, both clean your liver

and stop a UTI cold.
