Guest guest
Hello Skippy, I can't take any amount of lactose and I can take Ethical Nutrients forumula-look for the DF in the title which means dairy free. Other acidophilus brands make me ill. I don't think they sell it here, but you can order it from any health food store http://ethicalnutrients.com/catalog/catalog.asp?type=2 & val=3 If you can't find it, I have the number to call and order overnight-just email. Guest guest
One of the best acidophilus remedies can be made at home and is in the files. I think it's under the "cabbage" recipe??? This is probably the highest source of good bacteria you can find, and best of all, you make it yourself.
