Acidophilus and Lactose Intolerance

Does anybody know if people who have lactose intolerance can take

acidophilus with any ease?

Hello Skippy, I can't take any amount of lactose and I can take

Ethical Nutrients forumula-look for the DF in the title which

means dairy free.

 

Other acidophilus brands make me ill.

I don't think they sell it here, but you can order it from any health

food store

One of the best acidophilus remedies can be made at home and is in the files. I think it's under the "cabbage" recipe??? This is probably the highest source of good bacteria you can find, and best of all, you make it yourself.
