Guest guest Posted December 10, 2002 Report Share Posted December 10, 2002 Hi Suni we are using NFP as birth contol at the moment, I have heard the QAL seeds can be very effective, I have never tried them myself though ... I have used aloevera gel mixed with lemon juice together with a diaphgram but stopped using it as just avoiding sex while fertile suits us better.
