Guest guest
I have a female friend that wants to know what would be a good way to keep her face moisturized naturally. Any ideas? She lives in a desert area if that matters. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
There are lots of sites on the web that have recipes for lotions/creams. They are easy to make. Check out TLC soaps & sundries, From Nature with love, Soapnuts library, can't think of any others right at this moment. Nelle
Guest guest
Dear Skip, I live in the high mountains of New Mexico where it is quite arid. Valorie and I use larger amounts of UDO's Oil in the winter when it is especially dry. This handles it from the inside. ;o) Love, Doc Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington - Skip Taylor herbal remedies Thursday, December 05, 2002 4:00 PM [herbal remedies] Face Care I have a female friend that wants to know what would be a good way to keepher face moisturized naturally. Guest guest
I recently had an episode where my face was injured- long silly story involving railroad tracks- ugh. I was trying to prevent scaring and it was suggested to me to try opening vit E capsuls and putting the vit E oil on my wound. Wow! It made such a huge difference I began using it on lines by my eyes and also dry areas I am prone to on my forehead. I am amazed at the result. I usually like to do research on things before I do them but I didnt on Vit E because it is so commonly used in facial preparations. I have no research to back me but in a practical way I can vouch for how Vit E applied directly to the skin may be helpful in moisturizing. It sure helped me! I just cut open the gel capsul with scissors and applied the oil directly. Guest guest
Aloe vera gel is very good for skin care. She can grow it herself, it is low maintenance and would thrive in a desert area.
