Shout Out Gout Tea -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 parts nettle leaves 1 part alfalfa leaves 1 part celery seeds 1 part dandelion leaves 1 part dandelion root 1 part oatstraw Combine all herbs in a pot, and cover with boiling water. Stir well, cover and steep 15 to 20 minutes. Drink 3 to 4 cups of the tea daily as a preventive measure.
