Could you give me your opinion on this blend. I've never tried it and a

friend of mine is interested. Thanks!

To help flush excess uric acid deposits out of the body, use this

gentle

alkalizing blend.

 

 

 

Shout Out Gout Tea

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

2 parts nettle leaves

1 part alfalfa leaves

1 part celery seeds

1 part dandelion leaves

1 part dandelion root

1 part oatstraw

 

Combine all herbs in a pot, and cover with boiling water.

 

Stir well, cover and steep 15 to 20 minutes.

 

Drink 3 to 4 cups of the tea daily as a preventive measure.

Dear Pearlmoon,

 

Looks like a very decent formula to me, though I'd be tempted to add Corn Silk and Juniper Berries to it as well.

 

I noticed that you attached the 'byline' and copyright data to these posts and this is very good. I also hope that you asked the author's permission to post these to our list unless she has already given a blanket "OK" to publish.
