Guest guest Posted December 4, 2002 Report Share Posted December 4, 2002 A Pimple's Worst Nightmare Tea -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 part burdock root 1 part dandelion root 1 part echinacea root 1 part Oregon grape root 1 part yellow dock root 1 part sarsaparilla Add all roots to boiling water, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes in a covered pot. Remove from the heat, and steep, covered, 20 minutes. Drink 2 to 4 cups per day, four or five times a week. As a tincture take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of tincture twice a day, five days a week. Ahhh well, here it is. Hope it helps. You can also use a few drops of tea tree oil in a facial steam to help get rid of the acne. I use that twice a week. Haven't had a problem since.
