Guest guest Posted December 4, 2002 Report Share Posted December 4, 2002 Depending on why your having trouble sleeping you can try Hops - for when your brain won't shut up (Hey, that's me!)Chamomile - general relaxer Valerian - pretty much knock anyone out Lavendar I make a Tea mix of 1 part hops 1 part chamomile 1/2 part Marjoram 1/4 part Valerian 1/4 part Lavendar put a teaspoon to a cup of boiling water, let sit for 10 minutes (at least) drink. puts me to sleep everytime.
