Guest guest
I have a friend that lives in Canada that has a problem with his vision. He feels it's improved now to 20/300 with glasses. He's never told me what has been (if anything) diagnosed as the problem. What can I suggest to him that he can add to his already vegan/organic diet to improve his vision? Thanks for any ideas. Guest guest
He's done the excercises and they did help for quite a while, but his eyes now (10+yrs later) are not responding to the exercises. I'm wondering if a supplement, something like Bilberry or Blueberry might help. - paul id herbal remedies Monday, December 02, 2002 6:37 PM RE: [herbal remedies] Poor vision help most useful would be to look into Bates eye exercscises. Guest guest
You can take the eye formula internally, but it works best when you put 3 to 10 drops in an eye cup filled with distilled water and used as an eye wash.
