Guest guest
Hi Don…. I’ve been looking through the files for the total cleanse, etc. I’ve come to the conclusion that right now I cannot afford all of the ingredients for the total cleanse at this time. If there was one or two regimens that you would follow (if you were me, lol) which would they be? I was thinking the intestinal #1 and the liver gallbladder. Whaddya think? Guest guest
Hi Kim! I am new to the list and I dont know if it is appropriate or not for me to jump right in but I read about your experience with the traumatic asthma attack and your desire to do what you can to prevent future attacks at a cost effective way. First let me say, my heart goes out to you. It sure sounds like you had an ordeal! I will pray it is not repeated. Second, I would like to share our experience with asthma and prehaps something will strike a cord for you. One of my children had asthma that was not responsive. He was on daily oral meds plus two inhalers yet was still having nightly scary attacks especially in the winter. We learned about allergies, (both food and environmental) and we also learned about detoxing and a few key herbs (especially stinging nettle). With what we learned through our experiences with natural remedies, allergin detection and avoidance, we went from all the meds (and still having scary attacks) to no meds and no attacks for the past 2 years. I am glad to give you more information if you are interested. Have you been tested for or diagnosed with allergies? I repeatedly took my son back to specialists during that difficult time until they could no longer help us. Prehaps the most valuable thing that was said to us was when our pediatric allergist told us that asthma is caused by the body's difficulty in handeling secretions. To control asthma, he said, " You must control the secretions. " Prevent them from clogging and narrowing the airways. We took his advice to heart and once we got a handle on decreasing and at times eliminating the secretory response, we were then able to get a handle on the asthma and go med free. We do keep an inhaler but it goes unused on the shelf. I have asthma also and have also been able to gain relief using the same methods. Just let me know if you want more info. Guest guest
Thanks for all the info....I'd love to hear more. Allergies??? HAH!! I've got more allergies than anybody I know of!! I can tell a person has a dog just by them being next to me in a room. Somebody mowing their lawn is enough to make me close the windows and turn on the a/c. I've got air filters/hepa filters in all major rooms of my house. Hepa vaccuum cleaner. Funny you mention stinging nettle. I have a pack of stinging nettle seeds in my possession, lol. Dont really know what I'm gonna do with them though, lol. I've entertained the thought of trying to grow them in my house (either that or plant them amongst my flowers for the little bastards who keep diggin them up, lol...just kiddin') I'm pretty much open to any and all suggestions here. Guest guest
Kim, I would start with Dragon Snot and Panther Piss recipes. Hehehe! Sounds like they go together don't they? Anyway DS is important for getting your body to its optimal nutrition and PP balances acid/alkaline in the body, along with a load of other nice benefits. So when you can afford one or more of the cleanses, your body will be ready for it. Please note that Total Tonic and Echinacea should be on hand as well for health crises during the detox. Doc recommends this. Nettle is a wonderful herb for allergies of any kind, and plant enzymes help too. Guest guest
LOL! Look in the files Juli. I think the names came from Doc Shillington's (list owner) patients themselves. He has a wonderful sense of humor, which is very important for a healer. Dragon Snot is a nutritional combo. Panther Piss is organic apple cider vinegar and molasses and is an acid/alkaline balancer, among other things. Guest guest
Thanks, Janet....I feel better now The Dragon Snot I'll have to pass on since I'm a vegan but the Panther Piss I might explore. Especially since I have Osteoporosis and didn't know it and went to a chiropractor who fractured my spine in 3 places. Ouch. Juli Dragonhealer wrote: LOL! Look in the files Juli. Guest guest
Hi Kim, I am very happy to see that you are ready to take control of your health. Big step on your part but a very big and important one. Congratulations and a WAY TO GO KIM!!!! Definitely do the liver/gall bladder. This is one of the most important (not that they are not all important) as the liver is the bodies furnace, chemical synthesis, and toxin neutralizing center. A good thorough liver cleanse can assist one's body to throw off many illnesses that are associated with a toxic or constipated (congested) liver. Of course, you realize this means no more gin? lol You can do the lime but no more gin! Make sure you are taking cayenne and garlic as well. The intestinal cleanse will help you a lot as well. Start saving those pennies that are not gonna be spent on the gin now and save them for the ingredients for the total body cleanse. Believe me, your body will thank you for many years to come. While you are at it you might consider adding this in as well: 1 part Comfrey root 1 part Mullein 1 part Chickweed 1 part Marshmallow root 1 part Lobelia Either make a tea of the above and take a cup b.i.d. or t.i.d. or encapsulate it and takie 2 or 3 capsules b.i.d. or t.i.d. or make a glycerin or acv tincture and take 10 to 20 drops b.i.d. or t.i.d. Also add in 3 to 6 drops of Lobelia tincture into each cup of tea for additional help. This will assist in repairing and strengthening your respiratory tract. FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW WHAT B.I.D. AND T.I.D. ARE: B.I.D. MEANS TWICE A DAY AND T.I.D. MEANS THREE TIMES A DAY. Hope this will assist you Kim so you can get over this nastiness once and for all. Guest guest
Hi Kim, No I'm not tough. I would just feel pretty badly if your daughter had to experience your crossing in front of her and she not being able to do anything about it. I am quite sure that the two of you love each other very much. The whole point is to keep it that way for many years to come. That way you can tell all your pool hall secrets to your grandkids. (big grin here with that knowing twinkle in the eye). I believe that you are taking the right action and it is a big step. The more cleansing you do and the less garbage you eat the better your liver will love you and the less asthma and allergies you will have. These are all caused by congestion somewhere in ones body and it usually begins with a congested liver. We are all behind you Kim. Take care and be in peace and light.
