Okay, so I went back and re-read the posts discussing this and looking at the recipe it says to make it into a mash and then you can wait 2 weeks and tincture, but you don't have to. Gareth has a cold/virus/head and sinus congestion thing now and I really need to do *something* for him. I was going to make up some Total Tonic tonight but now I am really confused on how to dosage it.

help?

Rowan,

First off, Strain the mix.... the mash is from blendering all the ingredients together...

Take say 2 dropperfuls every 3-4 hours... i like it in apple juice....a little apple juice helps the taste. I would do this for the first day or so... then cut back to maybe 3 times a day ... down to 2 as conditions improve. Total Tonic cannot hurt you.
