I bought some pepper and some empty capsules and filled them. Cecil has

been taking them for over a week. He has had his stomach on fire to the

point he thought he was going to have to go to the emergency room. I rubbed

him down with ice one day and it didn't do any good. He says that he feels

much better since he's been taking it. So, I decided that I'd take it too.

So, I took it and vomited all over the room.

It was terrible.

With all the teasing I put Cecil through, he had a blast.

He was lying in the bed, laughing at me. He had no sympathy for poor little

old me.

I really thought that I was going to die.

LOL, I know about that heat...I didn't get around to filling my

capsules with it, but I've taken it with honey (see honey balls

file). first time I took it I felt fine. So I decided I could handle

some more...can you say FIRE BREATHING DRAGON?!?!?

Tamika, so you'll be wanting to make some cayenne tincture next, won't you? ROTFL!!!!!!!!! When I first learned about cayenne tinc, I thought you were supposed to take a dropperful in the mouth.....Yeah, writhing on the floor was involved. Then somebody asked me why I hadn't put it in water. Water??? Why didn't they say so up front?! Hehehehehe!!

that cayenne can make you do crazy stuff.

BTW:

Cecil stripped and sat in the middle of the floor.

He said that he thought he would die. And he kept thinking that nobody would know what killed him.

I kept telling him that I was going to tell Don. LOL.

One good thing came of it. I didn't have to use my inhaler until this

morning. But, was it worth it? I can't say yet. I'll tell you after I

take some more. This time it will be only two capsules.

ROTFL! You guys are too funny. Here's and idea from someone who has been raised on hot peppers hehe! Make yourself a smoothie with organic fruit. My personal favorite is blueberries. Add some almond milk to cold or partially frozen fruit and blend, then add the tincture and drink it down. You can also take it with food to prevent the vomiting. I have a very weak stomach, but I eat hot peppers almost every day and actually feel better after I do.

Well yes, Don did enjoy reading this one. You all might enjoy mine as well.

This high powered 567,000 BTU HU rocket fuel Red Savin Habenero powder that

I bought I decided to toss a teaspoon full into the blender with my

cucumber, bell pepper, onion and 5 cloves of garlic. Well, I have found a

whole new meaning to the saying " Burning the candle at both ends " . Now I can

take a lot of heat but that was bordering on overdose even for me. Drinking

fire would have been much cooler. So now we all know that I have a heat

limit. Oh, the shame of it all. lol Next time I will only use half. Hehehehe

Hi,

I usually take my cayenne tincture that way (in a smoothie) and hardly notice it that way.

Oh, Don, I feel for you, and Cecil would too. I still have not been brave

enough to take any more. It was several weeks before Cecil would let me

tell this humilliating story. That stuff is something else.

Once a friend of mine, made a drink with melon, and a little pepper. It was

just enough to give it an interesting flavor. I loved it.

Hi Tamika,

It was not a problem. Just quite hot for awhile. And of course the next day.

lol Nothing in the stuff that can hurt you unless you take a shovel full.

The stuff just plain burns. As long as you are willing to accept that fact

then there is no problem. In your case use a smaller amount and mix it with

a juice or smoothie. Gradually work yourself up to larger amounts if needed.

I have been gradually working myself up for over 45 years. It is no big deal

to me. I just accepted the fact that I got a tad bit too much even for me

and then it was okay. Just burned for a while.
