Hi,

Can anyone clarify anout this herb? I read it in the total health discount

vitamins website that this herb can reduce blood sugar & thus is beneficial to

diabetics but a friend of mine read it in the medical book that sage can be

harmful to diabetics. I would be grateful if anyone has more info about this

herb. Thanks.

Sage is actually recommended for diabetes in lowering blood sugar.

The problem with alot of books is...they're written by doctors or

other non herbalists. The advice is also given with a lawsuit in

mind so the typically request that you see a doctor for any type of

ailment.

For a sage infusion...2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water. Take on

an empty stomach.

Dear ST,

I believe that zWallet is an email service that pays you for advertising them as an email service. Is this so??? If so, please refrain from using their URL with your # in your sig line.

Doc

PS. To answer your question. I've never heard of Sage being containdicated for diabetics.

Hi Doc,

Does this mean that I can't send any email to herbal group if I got a

question? I've unchecked the signature as I presume this will not show zwallet

URL.

Thanks.

Dear ST,

You can continue to send mail to the group, just continue to leave off the sig line. OK?
