Is there any eating habits I need to know about? aka does any of these need to be taken on an empty stomach or right before or after you eat?

Hi Shelbl I did cleans program a while back and just normal eating

habits is fine but I always took them about a hour before I eat.

It was a long hall for me but the body sure was in good shape after I finish.
