Guest guest
Well, right now I have behind me a lovely crayon rendition of Vincent Van Goh's Starry Night on the wall, made by my son, Joey hehee! Ahem! I am 37 years old and live in Springfield, Oregon. I was born and raised in Rialto, California. I was born on April Fool's day in 1965, clinically dead. My dad followed the doctors that took me from my mother and insisted they keep working on getting me to breathe. He was a very persuasive man, so I did. Our house was like a library growing up. Yes, even before the internet I had access to a multitude of books, many of them on science and medicine. My dad taught and encouraged me to learn all I could soak up about all kinds of things. He once deminstrated gravity to me by swinging a bucket of water over his head and noting (as he stopped swinging and water sloshed over his head and shoulders) that gravity was what pulled the water out of the bucket. I have kept on learning everything I can every day, and though I do not have a piece of paper (yet) that says I am a certified this or that, I do have some pretty good common sense, and a dry sense of humor, and 37 years of my life experience under my belt ;-) I did graduate high school with high honors and have some college (all that I could afford) as well. Guest guest
And I have a bottle on hand and it's almost cold enough to enjoy it by a raging fire (well, it was getting cold enough, but it popped up into the high 70's today - you figure). So, Slante (not sure of th spelling, but it is a toast in Irish/Celtic). Marti "Dr. Ian Shillington" wrote: I love mead.
